WARNING
All our apartments in Ortigia are located 25 mt inside the
"Restricted Access Area", which is active in the evenings and weekends. If you wish to access with your car, please send us your car plate number and we ask for authorization during your stay.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 20:00
Extra charge €20 for late check-in between 20:00 and 23:00
Check-out time is 11.00
We do not have a reception. For this reason it is important for us to know your arrival time few days in advance in order to organize the check-in with one of our on-site assistants.
You will be provided with name and mobile phone number of the person who will wait for you at the apartment at a specific agreed time.
We will collect Siracusa City Tax which is €1,50 per person/per day (for the first four days only). Kids under 11 years old and people on honeymoon do not pay the tax.
We shall also take pictures of your passports for registration purposes.
